摘要
采用"教师工作满意度量表"和"教师工作压力调查量表",测查高校体育教师的工作满意度和工作压力。结果表明:高校体育教师的工作满意度较高,教师对反映教师社会地位的职业认同和基本工作环境的同事关系和环境与资源的满意度较高,而对反映具体工作状况的领导与管理、付出与回报和工作任务与压力的满意度较低。性别、职称和教龄等因素对工作满意度有一定影响。工作满意度与工作压力的关系较为复杂,其中社会因素压力和人际关系压力对工作满意度的预测力较高,分别具有负向的和正向的预测作用。工作压力未必完全导致工作满意度的降低,某些特定的、适度的工作压力会导致工作满意度的增高。
"Chart Scale of teacher's job satisfaction" and "Scale of teacher's job pressure "were used to check the current situation of teachers' job satisfaction and job pressure. The result showed that the current situation of college PE teachers' job satisfaction is relatively high , as well as the occupational recognition of social status and basic job atmosphere between colleagues and resources and environment. But the reflection of specific job situation of leadership and management , pay and gain , and satisfaction of job task and job pressure are relatively low. Gender, academic background , professional titles and years of teaching have some certain influence to the job satisfaction. The relationship between job satisfaction and job pressure is complex , and social pressure and interpersonal pressure are more predictable to job satisfaction. Job pressure can not really lead to job satisfaction lower , some specific , appropriate job pressure can lead to job satisfaction higher.
