摘要
与传统贸易方式相比,电子商务具有无纸化、成本低、速度快、手续便捷等优势,已经成为国际贸易的一种重要贸易方式。如今电子商务已经渗透到了我国社会经济的各个行业和地区,产品档次仍以工业制品为主,交易额不断增加。电子商务在促进我国对外贸易发展的同时,也存在安全、信息设置不完善、专业人才缺乏、技术维护困难、法律法规欠缺等问题。我国应加强技术攻坚、提高外贸企业电子商务能力、加强电子商务人才的培养、完善相关法律法规、加强国际交流与合作,以促进我国对外贸易的加快发展。
Compared with traditional trade,e-business has become to the most important business mode with the superiority of paperless,low cost,quick,convenient formalities and so on.Nowadays,e-business has been well used in various industries and regions.The main products is still industry with continue increasing volume of business transactions.There are problems,however,when e-business promoteing the development of international business,such as safty,faultiness information,shortage of professionals,difficulty for defense and deficiency of laws and regulations.We should take a measure to strengthen our technology,improve the e-business ability,cultivate talents,update the related laws and regulations and strengthen international cooperation to speed the development of international business.
