西南高原盆地型城市可利用雨水资源潜力及效益分析 被引量:3

An Analysis of the Potential and Benefit of the Urban Available Rainwater Resources of the Plateau Basin Cities in Southwest China

摘要 夏秋洪涝、冬春缺水及水环境恶化等问题严重制约着我国西南高原盆地城市的可持续发展,科学的城市雨水利用能有效地解决这些问题。西南高原盆地城市可利用雨水资源潜力的科学计算是该区域城市雨水资源科学利用的基础,而西南城市气候、地形特点,决定了其雨水资源潜力计算模型应从城市建成区和城郊集水区两个部分构建。运用这一模型,结合昆明城市土地利用资料及降水资料,计算出昆明城市可利用雨水资源潜力,可以看出,昆明市雨水资源利用潜力较大,合理利用则会产生巨大的经济、生态和社会效益。本研究对西南高原盆地城市可持续发展有重要的理论指导意义。 Some water problems such as flood disaster in summer and autumn, water scarcity in winter and spring and water environment degradation have greatly restricted the sustainable devel- opment of the southwest plateau basin cities of China. However, the scientific utilization of urban rainwater can effectively solve these problems. Based on the characteristics of the urban climate and terrain in southwest plateau basin cities of China, this paper analyzes the potential of the urban a- vailable rainwater resources in the downtown areas and suburbs in such plateau basin cities. This case study of Kunming as well as its land-use and rainfall here reveals that there is great potential for the use of the rainwater in Kunming in terms of the economic, ecological and social benefits, which has great theoretical and practical significance to the sustainable development of the southwest plateau ba- sin cities of China.
