以绥化市为代表的寒地黑土区旅游发展优势与劣势并存,机遇与威胁同在。绥化市应紧抓寒地黑土特色,深度开发旅游产品,增强旅游吸引力;积极探索旅游开发市场机制,多渠道引进资金;建立多元化投资机制,吸引多种经济成份参与旅游业的开发经营;加大宣传促销力度,提高旅游知名度,建立自己的"寒地黑土"农业品牌,从而提高旅游知名度。
There exist advantages versus disadvantages and opportunities versus challenges in tourism development of black earth in Frigid Zone represented by Suihua (a city in the middle of Heilangjiang Province, North of China). Therefore, this city should focus on the characteristics of black earth in frigid zone to develop tourism products and increase its tourism attraction, actively research market mechanism of tourism development to introduce capitals through multiple channels, establish pluralism investment mechanism to attract various economic sectors to participate in tourism business, expand sales promotion, build its agricultural brand of black earth, and accordingly enhance its own tourism popularity.
