摘要
采用原子吸收分光光度仪测定苹果生长期不同时期叶片中矿质元素的含量,以探索微量矿质元素含量对短枝型苹果树体内营养代谢规律及生长发育的影响.结果表明:短枝型苹果树的微量矿质营养水平在整个生长季中均高于普通型品种,且4种矿质元素均表现出特定的规律;短枝型较普通型苹果树在整个生长期具备较高的抗病及抗逆性的生理基础,可为果实的发育和花芽分化提供更多的营养.
To explore the influence of the contents of micro mineral elements on the law of nutrition metabolism and growing development in spur-type apples, atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used to detetrmine the contents of mineral elements in leaves during the different periods of growth. The fmdings show that the contents of the micro-mineral elements in spur-type apple leaves during the whole period of growth are higher than in common varieties of apple trees and four kinds of mineral elements take on a specific pattern. It is concluded that the spur-type varieties have higher foundation of physiology in disease and stress resistance which can accumulate more nutrition for the bud differentiation and fruit development than common varieties.
