摘要
根据拉氧头孢的合成工艺,设计了一种新中间体:拉氧头孢7位侧链2-(4-(4-甲氧基)苄氧基)-苯基)-丙二酸单甲酸酯钠盐.该中间体的合成以对羟基苯乙酸甲酯为起始原料,经过缩合、烃化、部分水解反应而得,其结构经核磁共振氢谱确证,总收率为57.6%.
Based on the synthesis technique of latamoxef, a new 7-side chain (2-(4-(4-methoxy) benzylox- yl)-phenyl)-malnoic methyl monoester sodium) of latamoxef was designed. This intermediate was prepared by treating Methyl 4-hydroxyphenylacetate with dimethyl carbonate etc. by condensation, alkylation and par- tial hydrolysis. And the structure was confirmed by 1 HNMR. The total yield the synthesis was about 57.6%.
