摘要
从玻璃工艺角度将可能涉及到与过渡辊台有关的工艺问题作了系统地梳理和分析,以引起浮法技术人员对过渡辊台的重视,也便于技术人员在处理生产问题时能按图索骥查找到和过渡辊台有关的因素,有针对性地找到解决问题的办法。同时寄厚望于设备专业技术人员来提高、完善我国过渡辊台的设备水平以更好地实现其工艺目标。
The technological issues that may be concerned with lift-up rollers were sorted out and analyzed so as to draw attention of float glass technicians to the lift-up rollers, provide technicians with information for finding some troubles related to lift-up rollers when production breakdown arises , place high hopes on mechanical technicians to improve and average up domestic standard of lift-up rollers and achieve the technical target.
