山葛降脂分散片对高脂血症大鼠脂代谢的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究山葛降脂分散片对高脂血症大鼠脂代谢的影响。方法给大鼠喂饲高脂饲料4周后,检测血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白-A(Iapo-AI)、载脂蛋白-B(apo-B),计算LDL-C/HDL-C、apo-B/apo-AI的比值,以TC、LDL-C升高为主要依据,选取高脂血症大鼠,以TC、LDL-C水平高低,分层次随机分组。在给药调节脂代谢的第2周末、第4周末检测并计算上述各项指标。结果山葛降脂分散片显著降低高血脂症大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C、apo-B,显著升高HDL-C和apo-AI,并显著降低LDL-C/HDL-C、apo-B/apo-AI比值,随着给药剂量的增加和给药时间的延长,作用均增强。结论山葛降脂分散片具有调节高血脂症大鼠脂代谢的作用。 Objective To study the effect of Shange Jiangzhi dispersible tablets on lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods After fed with high-fat diet to the rats, serum levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C ), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), apolipoprotein AI (apo-AI)and apo-B were detected, and the ratio of LDL-C/HDL-C and apo-B/apo-AI was calculated. The hyperlipidemia rats were chosen out based on the increase of TC and LDL-C, and then grouped at random by the levels of TC and LDL-C. We checked and calculated the above index after 2, 4 weeks of treatment . Results Shange Jiangzhi dispersible tablets decreased serum levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, apo-B in hyperlipidemia rats in dose-time dependent manner, and remarkably increased HDL-C and apo-AI, and decreased the ratio of LDL-C/HDL-C and apo-B/apo-AI in dose-time dependent manner. Conclusion Shange Jiangzhi dispersible tablets exerts remarkable effect on regulating the lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemia rats.
