猪性激素水平的变化及其在异种移植中的意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究不同性别湖北白猪在不同阶段血清性激素水平的变化规律,从生理功能匹配性的角度,为猪到人异种器官移植选择合适的供体提供理论依据。方法:健康2月龄湖北白猪23头,分为雌性(8头)、雄性(7头)、雌性去势(4头)及雄性去势(4头)四组,分别于2、3、4、5、6及7月龄采血5mL,应用放射免疫法测定血清雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)。结果:雌性组的E2水平从2到7月龄逐渐升高,尤其在5~7月出现显著性增加(P<0.05);雄性组T水平随月龄的变化趋势与雌性组相似;雌性去势组的E2水平从2月龄到7月龄,先降低,后逐渐升高,但仍未达到去势前的水平;雄性去势组T变化趋势与之相似。结论:雌雄性湖北白猪不同阶段性激素变化与人类生长发育过程相似,从生理功能方面认为,湖北白猪作为异种移植的供源具有可行性,在异种移植时,还应考虑供受体的性别匹配问题。 Objective To study the change law of serum sex hormones in Hubei white swine between different gender in different stages and to provide theoretical basis for pig-to-human xenotransplantation from the perspective of physiological functions matching. Methods Twenty-three healthy Hubei white swine of two months old were divided into four groups:female group 8, male group 7, ovarieetomized female group 4 and castrated male group 4. Blood samples ( 5 mL) were collected from four groups respectively at 2,3,4,5,6 and 7 months old, and the serum levels of estradiol ( E2 ) and testosterone (T) were determined with radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of E2 in female group were gradually increased from 2 to 7 months old, especially increased significantly from 5 to 7 months (P 〈 0.05 ). The change law of male group was similar to the female group. The level of E2 in ovariectomised female group was decreased in early and then increased, but lower than female group all along. Moreover the level change of T in castrated male group was similar to the situation of ovarieetomised female group. Conclusion The change law of sex hormones level in Hubei white swine was similar to human between different gendar and different stages, Hubei White swine could be a source for xenotransplantation based on the view of physiological functions, hut gender matching should be taken into account in xenotransplantation.
