ESWL治疗输尿管结石2615例体会及治疗方案的现代选择 被引量:1

The experiences of ESWL on ureteral calculi and the modern selection of cure design

摘要 目的探讨输尿管结石的有效治疗方法。方法对2004年1月至2009年10月应用B超定位体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗的2615例输尿管结石患者的资料进行回顾性总结。结果2615例输尿管结石碎石总成功2493例(95.33%),其中一次成功者2137例(85.72%)。有效者97例(3.71%);无效者25例(0.96%)。无严重并发症。结论ESWL仍应作为治疗输尿管结石的首选方法,但对合并输尿管病变的宜优先选择输尿管镜腔内碎石(URS)或经皮肾取石术(PCNL)。 Objective To explore the sffective method on treat ureteral calculi. Methods 2615 cases of ureteral calculi treated with B-Uhrasound orientation ESWL from January 2004 to October 2009 were studied retrospectively. Results The calculi fragmentation rate was 95.33% (2493/2615), 81.72% ( 2137/2493 ) of which being fragmented on the fist treatment session. The defective rate was 3.71% (97/2615) ,and the ineffective rate was O. 96% (25/2615) ,no serious syndrome occurred. Conclusion ESWL is the treatment of the first choice for ureteral calculi, but the URS or PCNL is the fine choice if the ureteral arised diseases.
