疏水固体酸催化大豆酸化油酯化生产生物柴油研究 被引量:1

摘要 以疏水性介孔分子筛SBA-15-SO3H固体酸为催化剂,以大豆酸化油和甲醇为原料,通过酯化反应生产生物柴油。通过TGA、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、相对润湿接触角等方法对样品进行了表征。结果表明:酯化反应的最佳反应条件是,反应温度100℃,催化剂用量5%,甲醇流量15g/h,反应时间4h,酯化率达到99.5%。疏水固体酸C16H33-SBA-15-SO3H作为大豆酸化油酯化生产生物柴油的良好催化剂,有良好的工业应用前景。
