摘要
用试验方法研究厌氧反应器的快速启动在接种悬浮固体浓度为25.33 g/L、化学需氧量(COD)有机容积负荷为11 kg/(m3.d)的条件下启动中温内循环厌氧反应器,当第10 d完成启动时,有机负荷达到13 kg/(m3.d),COD去除率为95%。启动当天,内循环已经连续。这种"高容积负荷+较高的接种颗粒污泥浓度"的启动策略启动时间短,适用于接种颗粒泥活性较好的情况。
In order to investigate the fast start-up of anaerobic reactor, a mesophilic internal circulation anaerobic reactor with a suspended solid concentration of granular sludge of 25.33 g/L and an initial organic loading of 11 kg/(m^3 · d) was started up. After 10 days, when the start-up finished, the organic loading reached 13 kg/(m^3 ·d) with a chemical oxygen demand removal of 95%. The first internal circulation formed in the 1st day. The strategy of a high organic loading with a high granular sludge concentration is advantageous for fast start-up when the bio-activity of the granules is good.
