摘要
"票号式诚信"是晋商文化的核心内容之一。山西票号讲诚信有其独特的方式:东掌互信、无限责任、重视人的信用、诚信相与等。这种票号式诚信,既是铸就晋商辉煌的重要法宝,也是导致晋商衰落的重要原因。它对我们克服当前的金融危机,搞好现代金融诚信建设,具有重要的借鉴意义。在当今金融创新席卷全球的大环境下,金融工具、金融手段的创新必须有与之相对应的金融诚信方式创新。
＂The credibility of Shanxi Draft Bank＂is one of the core elements of business culture in Shanxi,its unique features including trust between shareholders and managers,unlimited liability,emphasis on mutual trust and credibility.Such type of credibility was the most effective mechanism leading to its rise on the one hand,and also the most important reason for its downfall on the other.It can have important historical implication for us to overcome the current financial crisis,improve our work on building up financial credibility.Under the present circumstances of the global financial crisis,the innovation of the financial instruments and measures should be matched with the relevant innovation of the way to demonstrate the financial credibility.
