摘要
近年来,受研究生扩招和社会发展等因素的影响,研究生培养过程中暴露出许多不足之处,针对具体的问题进行改革成为了一种趋势。对研究生培养模式和研究生自身两个方面进行了分析,讨论了当前研究生培养中存在的问题,根据国内外高校和笔者在多年教学实践中的经验,提出从内因(研究生自身)和外因(研究生培养模式)两方面来考虑研究生教育的改革问题,在实践中取得了满意的效果。
Recently,with the influence of enrollment expansion in graduate students and social development, many demerits have been uncovered in the process of graduate education, consequently, the trend of the reformation to these specific problems has attract numerous attention. After analyzing the graduate training mode and graduate student individuals, we present the problem existing in the graduate education. According to the experience that got from home and abroad universities and my teaching experience, we advance from the underlying causes（graduate students） and the external causes （graduate training mode） pondering the reformation means in graduate education, and the satisfactory results are achieved in actual work according to the reformation means.
