摘要
研究了AlCl3引发的1,3-戊二烯-环戊烯阳离子共聚反应。在正己烷作介质的1,3-戊二烯阳离子聚合体系中加入环戊烯可抑制凝胶(交联聚合物)的生成,同时使聚合物总产率下降。随共聚单体中环戊烯含量的增加聚合物分子量先呈现上升,并在达到极大值后逐渐下降。在甲苯介质中AlCl3引发的1,3-戊二烯阳离子聚合体系中加入环戊烯使得聚合物产率呈现下降趋势,聚合物分子量仍随共聚单体中环戊烯含量的增加先呈现上升并在达到极大值后逐渐下降。研究结果还显示以甲苯作反应介质时由环戊烯加成形成的碳阳离子很容易与甲苯发生链转移反应。
The cationic copolymerization of 1,3 pentadiene(PD) with cyclopentene(CP) initiated by aluminium chloride was carried out in n hexane and toluene separately. The introduction of CP in the PD polymerization system in n hexane reduces the formation of gel(crosslinked polymer) and decreases the total polymer yield. The molecular weight of the polymer increases up to a maximum with content of CP in comonomer and then gradually decreases. While toluene is used as solvent, the introduction of CP reduces polymer yield. The molecular weight of the polymer increasesat first and then gradually decreases. The results also show that while toluene was used as solvent the transfer reaction takes place between carbocation formed by CP and toluene.
