摘要
在钯及相转移催化剂存在下,烯基硒化物与氰化钾在苯中可顺利发生交叉偶联反应,提供了α,β-不饱和腈的立体选择合成法,产率达75%~95%。
In the presence of Pd(PPh 3) 4 and 18 crown 6,alkenyl selenides can undergo easily cross coupling reaction with potassium cyanide, offering a convenient method for the stereoselective synthesis of α,β unsaturated nitriles with a yield of 75% ̄95%.
