以铈富集物为原料制取稀土抛光粉的研究 被引量:6

A Study of the Preparation of Polishes from Ce-Rich Concentrate

摘要 本文研究了以氟碳铈矿加碳酸钠焙烧-稀盐酸浸出工艺所得的铈富集物为原料,直接制取高效稀土抛光粉的适宜工艺,研究了焙烧条件对抛光粉性能的影响。结果表明,该工艺所得铈富集物在800℃下焙烧3h制备的稀土抛光粉(简称L-2型),其抛蚀量为37.4mg/10min,比以上述原料在500℃下焙烧所得抛光粉(简称L-1型)的抛蚀量提高近一个数量级。用粒度仪、SEM、XRD等分析手段对其性能进行了检测,得出L-2型抛光粉的d50=1.94μm,颗粒均匀,物相组成主要为面心立方CeO2。所得研究结果为采用该工艺制取稀土抛光粉提供了基础数据。 The technology of preparing the polishes directly from the Ce rich concentrate that was prepared from bastnasite roasting with Na 2CO 3 and then leached by hydrochloric acid was studied,and the effects of roasting conditions on the properties of polishes was studied also.The polish (L-2) prepared by roasting the Ce rich concentrate for 3h in 800℃.The polishing ability of L-2 was 37.4mg/10min that was far higher than that of the polish (L-1) prepared by roasting the Ce rich concentrate for 2h in 500℃.The properties of polishes were gotten by using particle analysiser,SEM,XRD and so on,the results can be used when preparing the polish with this technology.
