摘要
以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,在双螺杆挤出机上实现了乙烯1辛烯共聚物(POE)与马来酸酐(MAH)的熔融接枝反应。实验表明,POE熔融接枝MAH的反应过程中伴随着交联副反应的发生;当MAH/DCP≥20时,体系中不产生凝胶;随着MAH/DCP比值的减小(DCP用量的增加),凝胶含量增加。红外光谱的测试结果进一步证实了POEgMAH大分子的存在。此外,对POE熔融接枝MAH过程的机理进行了初步探讨。
Using dicumyl peroxide (DCP) as an initiator, the grafting reaction of ethylene 1 octene copolymer (POE) with maleic hydride (MAH) was carried out by melt extrusion process. The results show that the crosslinking side reaction is accompanied with the melt grafting reaction. When the ratio of MAH to DCP is larger than 20, no gel was found in the product. With the decreasing of the ratio of MAH to DCP, the gel content increases. FTIR spectra show that MAH is grafted to the main chain of POE. The mechanism of the grafting reaction was also investigated in this paper.
