摘要
目的优化碱法提取黄精多糖的工艺流程。方法采用三因子三水平的正交实验法提取黄精多糖并测定多糖得率。结果研究表明,提取条件对多糖收率影响顺序为:药材粒度>碱液浓度>固液比。结论碱法提取黄精多糖的最佳组合为A2B3C1,即药材粒度为60目,碱液为3%NaOH溶液,固液比为1:15。
Objective: To optimize the flow sheet of extracting polygonatum polysaccharides.Methods: Crosscut experiment(33) was employed and the polysaccharides yield was determined.Results: The factor sequence which influenced the polysaccarides yield was particle size,alkaline solution concentration,and solid liquid ratio.Conclusion: The optimization combination is A2B3C1,which the stock particle could pass through 60 mesh,NaOH solution concentration is 3%,and the solid liquid ratio is 1︰15.
