摘要
目的优化碱法提取黄精多糖的工艺流程。方法采用三因子三水平的正交实验法提取黄精多糖并测定多糖得率。结果研究表明,提取条件对多糖收率影响顺序为:药材粒度>碱液浓度>固液比。结论碱法提取黄精多糖的最佳组合为A2B3C1,即药材粒度为60目,碱液为3%NaOH溶液,固液比为1:15。
Objective： To optimize the flow sheet of extracting polygonatum polysaccharides.Methods： Crosscut experiment（33） was employed and the polysaccharides yield was determined.Results： The factor sequence which influenced the polysaccarides yield was particle size,alkaline solution concentration,and solid liquid ratio.Conclusion： The optimization combination is A2B3C1,which the stock particle could pass through 60 mesh,NaOH solution concentration is 3%,and the solid liquid ratio is 1︰15.
