炭黑在聚酰胺6中的超分散性研究 被引量:6

摘要 用超分散剂在分散介质中预处理炭黑,然后将预处理后的炭黑与聚酰胺6(PA6)在转矩流变仪中共混,制备了PA6/炭黑色母料,并将该色母料添加到PA6中制备了PA6/炭黑复合材料。考察了不同超分散剂和分散介质对色母料加工性能的影响,通过扫描电子显微镜考察了超分散剂和分散介质对炭黑分散性能的影响,并对PA6/炭黑复合材料的力学性能进行测试。结果表明,N,N′二甲基甲酰胺对炭黑粒子有很好的润湿性能;用超分散剂聚氨基甲酸酯预处理的炭黑在PA6中分散良好,分布均匀,平均粒径为50~70nm;添加5%色母料的PA6/炭黑复合材料的拉伸强度可达105.1MPa,比纯PA6提高了38.72%。 PA6/CB masterbatch was prepared in the torque rheometer after CB was treated with different hyperdispersants in different organic solvents, which was used to prepare the PA6/CB composites. The dispersion of CB in the masterbatch, the processability of the masterbatch, and mechanical properties of PA6/CB composites were investigated. When CB was treated with polyurethane and dispersed in DMF, it was finely dispersed in PA6 with an average size of 50-70 nm. When the contents of masterbatch was 5 wt %, the tensile strength of PA6/CB composite was 105.1 MPa, 38.72 % higher than that of neat PA6.
