摘要
围手术期处理是手术成功的关键环节之一。凝血机制异常重在术前发现,应认真筛查,明确凝血功能异常的病因,进行充分的术前准备。术中遵循损伤控制原则,术后早期重点在于损伤控制性复苏。对于高凝状态和出血倾向应同等重视,反对盲目使用止血剂。
Perioperative management is essential for operative success. Early detection is very important for the correction of coagulopathy, which should be managed by careful screening of high risk patients, correct diagnosis and comprehensive preoperative preparation. Damage control should be followed throughout the treatment course. Hypercoagulation and bleeding diathesis should be dealt with equal importance. Anticoagulation should not be used routinely.
