摘要
目的探讨飞行人员肝腺瘤的术前诊断及治疗方法，提高对飞行人员肝脏局灶性病变的认识。方法结合有关文献，对我公司2003～2008年飞行人员年度体检发现的1例肝腺瘤的病变发展情况进行临床分析。结果肝腺瘤术前依靠影像学检查易误诊，手术探查、切除既是诊断又是彻底治疗飞行人员肝脏局灶性病变的方法。结论肝腺瘤是一种罕见的肝脏良性肿瘤，临床症状及影像学表现无特异性，通过非侵入性影像学检查鉴别诊断肝腺瘤相当困难，极易与其他疾病相混淆，所以应提高对飞行人员肝脏局灶性病变的认识，加强其术前诊断，积极手术冶疗，从而有效保证飞行人员身体健康。
Objective To highlight the characteristics of hepatocellular adenoma in aviator. Methods To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of one patient with hepatocellular adnoma, improve the diagnosis of focal liver lesions in aviators. Results The clinical manifestation of hepatocellular adenoma was atypical; it was misdiagnosed in routine health examination. Then, the patient received the exploratory laparotomy, and a lobectomy of liver was carried out. Its diagnosis based on the pathology and immunohistochemistry.
