摘要
本文调查福建省１１个贮木场职工２１年死亡情况。调查１４５４５人，其中男１１０８４人，计１７６５４６人年，女３４６１人，计４７６３３人年。全死因死亡９５７人，ＳＭＲ为５６６５。恶性肿瘤死亡４３３人，ＳＭＲ为１１８０５，其中男为１２１４８。女为７８５３。脑血管疾病死亡２０６人，ＳＭＲ为１３３６０，其中男为１４７２７，女为２８２３。男性贮运工的全癌、胃癌、肝癌、肺癌ＳＭＲ大于１００，木材加工其全癌、肝癌大于１００，女性木材加工肺癌ＳＭＲ大于１００。贮运工的恶性肿瘤，脑血管疾病高发除烟酒嗜好关系外，木尘接触因素值得进一步探讨。
