摘要
为了解间二硝基苯(mDNB)对肝细胞是否有遗传毒性,以及胆红素对此是否有保护作用,本研究在体外用单细胞凝胶电泳技术测定了mDNB对肝细胞DNA的损伤作用及胆红素的保护作用。结果表明,mDNB可导致肝细胞DNA链断裂,且有明显的剂量反应关系,同时加入胆红素可部分抑制mDNB所致的DNA损伤,提示mDNB是一种遗传毒物。
In order to study the genotoxicity of m dinitrobenzene (m DNB) in hepatocytes and the protective effects of bilirubin, single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE) assay was used to detect the DNA strand breaks in hepatocytes exposed to m DNB singly and m DNB+bilirubin The results showed that m DNB could induce DNA strand breaks significantly with obvious dose dependent manner, and bilirubin could inhibit this effect partly when hepatocytes were exposed to m DNB and bilirubin simultaneously, suggesting that m DNB has genotoxicity in hepatocytes and bilirubin may inhibit this genotoxicity effectively
