糖尿病患者骨科手术138例临床分析研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病患者创伤后接受骨科手术治疗时血糖的有效安全值范围，以预防诸多并发症的发生及合并症的加重。方法临床上采用胰岛素控制血糖的范餍，对手术的影响以及预后和并发症的发生有很好的效果，预防感染的发生和骨不愈合有着积极的作用。结果138例无1例感染发生，骨折病例均临床愈合。结论血糖控制在低于9．0mmol／L是比较安全可行的，临床上控制好围手术期血糖的水平，糖尿病患者接受骨科手术是安全的。
