摘要
目的观察芩葫对复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法本研究病例为门诊患者共455例,按3∶2比例以信封法随机分为两组。治疗组320例,对照组135例,将芩葫冲剂和栀子金花丸以及安慰剂换成相同的外包装,分别贴上芩葫冲剂A、B和芩葫冲剂Ⅱ号A、B。治疗组用芩葫冲剂A,同时服用芩葫Ⅱ号B,对照组用芩葫冲剂B及芩葫冲剂Ⅱ号A,两组均用药5d后观察疗效。结果两组患者临床疗效比较,治疗组320例,总有效率91.9%。对照组135例,总有效率为83.0%。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(u=2.97,P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。两组患者不同病情程度疗效比较,治疗组总有效率与对照组比较,中度、重度差异均有统计学意义(u1=2.23,P<0.05;u2=4.37,P<0.01),说明治疗组中、重度患者的疗效均显著优于对照组。治疗组局部症状改善时间优于对照组。结论芩葫能迅速减轻和消除灼热疼痛,消除黏膜水肿,促进溃疡愈合,缩短病程,且未见明显的不良反应,安全有效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of qinhu infusion on recurrent oral ulcers. Methods 455 cases were collected in the clinical for this research. At the ratio 3∶2,they were randomized into two group according to envelop method,named treatment group（320 cases）and control group（135 cases）. Qinhu infusion,zhizi jinhua pill and placebo were replaced as the same package and labeled with qinhu infusion A and B,as well as qinhu infusion Ⅱ A and B separately. In the treatment group,qinhu infusion A and qinhu infusion Ⅱ B were taken simultaneously. In the control group,qinhu infusion B and qinhu infusion Ⅱ A were taken. The efficacy was observed after 5 days of medication in two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of two groups：the total effective rate was 91.9% in the treatment group（320 cases）and that was 83.0% in the control group（135 cases）. The statistical significant difference presented in comparison（u=2.97,P0.01）. The efficacy in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group. The efficacy comparison on the severity of disease between two groups：the statistical significant differences presented in the total effective rate,middle severity and serious severity between the treatment group and control group（u1=2.23,P2.23;u2=4.37,P0.01）,explaining that the efficacy on the cases with the middle severity and serious severity in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group. The time of the improvement in the local symptoms in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group. Conclusion Qinhu infusion alleviates and removes burning pain rapidly,eliminates mucosal edema,promotes ulcer healing,and shortens the course of treatment. It has no apparent side reactions and is a safe and effective drug.
