摘要
目的观察糖骨康胶囊对糖尿病大鼠骨质改变的影响。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、糖骨康胶囊高、低剂量组,以STZ造模,糖骨康组在造模基础上灌服糖骨康胶囊药粉,正常组及模型组灌服蒸馏水,每日1次,连续7周。结果糖骨康组能降低血Ca、Mg、P、AKP含量,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),糖骨康胶囊能降低肿瘤坏死因子、白细胞介素-6的含量,提高模型大鼠的骨密度,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖骨康胶囊对糖尿病大鼠骨质钙盐丢失有一定的防治作用。
Objective To observe the influences of tanggukang capsule on the bone quality in diabetic rats. Methods 40 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups,named the normal group,the model group,the high and low dose groups of tanggukang capsule. Modeling was performed via STZ. In tanggukang groups,on the basis of modeling,the powder of tanggukang capsule was infused,and the distilled water was used for infusion in the normal and model groups,once per day for 7 weeks successively. Results Tanggukang capsule reduced the contents of Ca,Mg,P and AKP in blood in tanggukang groups in comparison with model group,indicating statistical significant difference（P0.05）. Tanggukang capsule decreased tumor necrosis factors and interleukine-6,and increased the bone mineral density,indicating statistical significant difference compared with model group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Tanggukang capsule has preventive and therapeutic effects on the loss of bone calcium salts in diabetic rats.
