摘要
在分析城市土地集约利用的概念与内涵的基础上,结合城市群实际情况,首先构建长株潭城市群土地集约利用指标体系,然后利用模糊数学方法构建城市土地集约利用评价模型,据此对长株潭"3+5"城市群土地集约利用水平进行定量测定。研究结果表明:除长沙市和岳阳市处于基本集约外,城市群其它各城市及城市群整体的土地集约利用水平较低;城市群土地集约利用水平在时间上呈现总体上升趋势;城市群土地集约利用水平的区域差异明显,并与区域经济的差异高度相关;影响土地集约利用水平的因素涉及人口、资源、环境、经济与社会等各个方面。
On the basis of concept and connotation of urban intensive land utilization and the actual situation of Chang - zhu - tan, this paper firstly constructs Chang - zhu - tan urban agglomeration intensive land utilization indicators, then uses fuzzy math to build an urban intensive land utilization evaluation model and quantitatively determined intensive land utilization level of "3 + 5" urban agglomeration of Chang - zhu - tan. The results shows that: In addition to Changsha and Yueyang, the other cities of "3 + 5" urban agglomeration were in a lower level in intensive land utilization; urban agglomerations intensive land utilization level shows an overall upward trend over time; regional differences of urban agglomeration were obvious and relevant to regional economic differences; factors that impacting urban intensive land utilization are related to population, resources, environment, economy and society.
