摘要
传统的金工实训教学模式是实训教师固定在某个工种教学,学生在各个工种之间进行轮换,这种教学方式存在诸多的问题。为了更好地满足高职人才培养的要求,必须对传统的金工实训进行教学改革,实行一位教师带领一组学生进行所有工种的实训,实现教师和学生同时轮换工种。这样才能提高教师的业务水平,提高学生的学习兴趣,从而解决传统金工实训教学模式产生的问题。
Machining practice is an important teaching hnk in engineering profession of Higher Vocational Colleges.In the traditional machining practice,the teachers of practice teach a category,but students take turns many eategorys.There are problems and shortcoming in the traditional teaching.To train technical personnel, h is essential to reform the traditional machining practice.As long as a teacher teachs students in all categorys,there will raise the standard of teaching, raise interest to students, and settle problems in the traditional teaching.
