摘要
农民工返乡创业是我国经济社会发展到一定阶段的必然产物,构建农民工返乡创业支持体系势在必行。农民工返乡创业支持体系由观念支持体系、政策支持体系、融资支持体系、技能支持体系、产业支持体系、人力资源开发支持体系、科技创新支持体系等方面构成。构建农民工返乡创业支持体系是一项长期性、综合性系统工程,应创新思路,把握重点,积极探索。
Migrant workers＇ returning home to build businesses is an inevitable result at a certain stage of economic and social development in China.The construction of the support systems is imperative.The systems contain concept support system,policy support system,the financing system,skills support system,industrial support system,human resources development support system,and science and technology innovation system.The construction of the systems is a long-term and comprehensive system engineering.Therefore,we should bring forth new ideas,grasp key problems and explore it enthusiastically.
