摘要
为探讨大鼠Walker-256肝癌模型肝动脉造影的影像学特征,采用隧道植入法建立大鼠肝脏Walker-256癌肉瘤模型,用自制导管进行肝动脉插管,研究模型肿瘤的病理及肝动脉造影的DSA影像学特征。结果表明,该模型能较好地模拟人肝癌的生长方式及肝动脉造影下的影像表现,为肝癌介入治疗提供了理想的动物模型。
To study the imaging characteristics of the arteriography of liver in white rat walker-256 hepatocellular carcinoma model,the white rat walker-256 sarcocarcinoma model with tunnel implantation was built.The hepatic artery intubations were successfully carried out with self-control conductor.The pathological features of the model tumor and the DSA imaging characteristic of the liver arteriography have been studied.Results show that the animal model can imitate the growth ways and the image in arteriography of liver of human liver carcinoma,and a good animal model for intervention therapy of liver carcinoma is provided.
