摘要
标记性差异假说是解释二语习得中出现负迁移现象的一种理论。该理论能够对英汉否定句的标记性差异进行分析,并在此基础上预测英语否定句习得中易出错之处。对学生进行英语否定句习得情况的测试结果也验证了标记性差异是引起负迁移的重要因素。
The Markedness Differential Hypothesis is a theory to explain the negative transfer in second language Chinese negative acquisition. The theory can be used to analyze the markedness differential between English and negative sentences,and predicts where mistakes may easily occur in the acquisition of English sentences based on the analysis. The result of tests given to students on the English negative sentences acquisition proved that the markedness differential is a key factor leading to negative transfer.
