摘要
手三里为手阳明经穴。临床用于治疗腰痛，报道不多。据《甲乙经》，“腰痛不得卧手三里主之。”为针刺手三里提供了理论依据，同时《通玄指要赋》“肩背患、责时前之三里”。通过临床、笔者发现针刺手三里（双）。配合患者活动锻炼。有见效快，操作方便。患者易于接受的特点。不愧为治疗急性扭伤的有效方法之一。在运用本法救治时。关键是行针使患者产生热感。其次是患者要不怕痛。配合功能锻炼。
