摘要
腰椎退行性骨关节病是老年人的一种常见病、多发病，主要表现为腰部板直，严重的会引起双下肢放射痛，不能行走，由于长期卧床不能活动会引起其它并发症的发生，给老年患者带来很大的痛苦。
