摘要
目的：探讨冠一心病伴糖尿病行冠状动脉内支架植入术患者的术前、术后护理。方法：20例患者进行术前术后心理护理，术后血糖监测、胰岛素应用的护理，针对性的健康教育和教会患者及家属掌握一定的糖尿病知识和自我护理知识。结果：18例患者未发生明显并发症，1例患者出院1个月后反复发作不稳定型心绞痛，1例术后2个月后发生心衰。结论：术后正确使用胰岛素、调控血糖、预防并发症是提高手术成功率和顺利度过术后恢复期的重要保证。
