摘要
目的调查儿童哮喘缓解期糖皮质激素吸入治疗的依从性,分析依从性差的原因,提出护理对策。方法选择哮喘门诊298例哮喘缓解期患儿,采用依从指数调查患儿的用药依从性,依从指数分为好、一般、差;对依从性一般及差的患儿用自行设计的影响因素调查表进行问卷调查。结果298例患儿用药依从性指数平均为(62.3±2.7)%,用药依从性好26.2%、一般28.2%、差45.6%。影响用药依从性的主要因素是对哮喘疾病认知不足、担心糖皮质激素的不良反应等。结论缓解期哮喘患儿治疗依从性低,必须重视对监护人的健康教育。
Objective To investigaze the compliance of glucocorticoid treatment for children in asthma remission phase, analyze the cause of low compliance and take corresponding nursing measures. Method Select 298 children in asthma remission phase in the clinic. Investigate the drug compliance by indexes of good, general and poor. Investigate children with gen- eral and poor compliance by self-- designed questionnaire. Result The average score of compliance for 298 children is （62. 3±2. 7） %. Good compliance is 26.2%, general is 28. 2% and poor is 45.6%. The main causes of low compliance are low cognition on asthma and concerning about side effects of glucocoricoid. Conclusion The treatment compliance of chil- dren in asthma remission phase is low. Health education for guardians should be enhanced.
