摘要
本文立足于文化自觉之于企业文化的基础性地位,以文化自觉为核心概念,对该领域研究成果进行梳理,指出虽然文化自觉在内涵、基本命题、边界划定、体系建构等方面存在不足,但作为我国本土提出的理念,其对企业文化研究的推进具有重要的理论价值,理应引起学界的更大关注。并对其未来研究方向进行了展望。
The author is aware of the basic position of cultural awareness in corporate culture and makes a summary in theory and research.Although there are many defects in its definition,fundamental proposition,boundary and theoretical system of it,the term-cultural awareness,put forward by famous Chinese sociologist FEI Xiao-tong for the first time,should be paid much more attention,because it has much research value to corporate culture.Meanwhile,the prospect of cultural awareness research in the future is studied in this article.
