老年髋部骨折合并糖尿病患者的围手术期处理 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨老年髋部骨折合并糖尿病患者围手术期的合理处理方法。方法对46例髋部骨折合并糖尿病的老年患者接受手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者均安全渡过围手术期,术后手术伤口均甲级愈合。术后随访15～63个月,平均(32.3±4.5)个月,最后一次随访髋关节Harris评分平均(84.6±8.5)分,优良率89.1%。结论老年髋部骨折合并糖尿病患者经有效的血糖控制和合理的围手术期处理,髋部骨折手术是安全有效的。
