摘要
近年来,我国生态旅游开发广泛,2009年是我国的生态旅游年,生态旅游是我国旅游业发展的方向,但是不合理的开发使我国的生态旅游资源遭到严重破坏。面对方兴未艾的生态旅游市场,我国缺乏相应的立法规制和立法衔接。因此,尽快形成生态旅游法律体系,使生态旅游的发展有法可依,才能确保我国生态旅游业的可持续发展。文章对构建我国生态旅游立法体系作了总体思考,主要包括:构建我国生态旅游立法体系的必要性、我国生态旅游立法体系的整体框架以及我国生态旅游立法体系的主要内容。
Ecotourism has developed extensively in recent years and 2009 is the year of ecotourism in China. Ecotourism is the developing direction of tourism industry in our country. But irrational exploitation has devastated the ecotourism resources. Confronted with the upsurging ecotourism market, we are lacking in corresponding legislative control and legislative link. Therefore, forming the legal system of ecotourism as soon as possible and having laws to abide by can ensure the sustainable development of ecotourism in our country. My o- verall reflections on establishing China＇s ecotourism legislative system include ： the necessity of establishing China＇s ecotourism legislative system, the overall framework of China＇s ecotourism legislative system and the main contents of China＇s ecotourism legislative system.
