摘要
目的观察更昔洛韦联合丙种球蛋白治疗手足口病并发脑膜炎的疗效。方法把2006年10月～2009年10月间在笔者所在医院确诊的80例手足口病并发脑膜炎患者随机分成两组，分别采用单纯更昔洛韦和更昔洛韦联合丙种球蛋白治疗，并进行疗效比较。结果更昔洛韦联合丙种球蛋白组和单纯更昔洛韦组的总有效率分别为87．5％和72．5％，更昔洛韦联合丙种球蛋白组总有效率明显高于单纯更昔洛韦组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；而两组在临床表现、实验室检查、改善时间的各项比较中，均显示更昔洛韦联合丙种球蛋白纽优于单纯更昔洛韦纽，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论更昔洛韦联合丙种球蛋白治疗手足口病并发脑膜类疗效较好．有一定的临床意义。
Objective Observation of the efficacy of ganciclovir combined with gamma globulin treatment of patients with hand - foot - mouth disease complicated by meningitis. Methods We have collected 80 cases of hand - foot - mouth disease complicated by meningitis in October 2006 to October 2009,and randomly divided into two groups,used pure ganciclovir and ganciclovir combined with gamma globulin to treat respectively, and to compare the curative effect. Results Ganciclovir combined with gamma globulin group and the pure ganciclovir group total effective rate was 87.5% and 72.5% respectively,the total efficiency of ganciclovir combined with gamma globulin group significantly higher than the pure ganciclovir group, the dift^rence was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05） ;Comparision on the time of tile two groups in clinical mani- festation,improvement of laboratory examination, Have shown that ganciclovir combined with gamma globulin group was better than pure ganciclo- vir group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There are better efficacy in ganciclovir combined with gamma glob- ulin treatment of patients with hand - foot - mouth disease complicated by meningitis,it have some clinical significance.
