AK糖是一种优良的合成甜味剂,因其甜度高,无热量而被广泛应用于食品饮料等各行业。自AK糖被作为食品添加剂使用以来,其合成生产工艺已经历几代发展,其生产工艺也已渐趋成熟。文章总结了AK糖的合成发展历程以及生产工艺研究现状。
Acesulfame-K, a synthetic sweetener, is widely used in food and beverage industry because of its advantage of high sweetness and no calories. Since acesulfame was used as food additives and its preparation process has changed a lot. The review summarized the process of the development of Production Technology and its status.
