摘要
目的：探讨游离骨膜移植治疗强直性脊柱炎、类风湿关节炎、髋关节强直的效果。方法：采用游离骨膜移植，硅胶膜关节腔内充填防止粘连，早期被动关节活动的方法治疗髋关节强直患者１２例，１６个髋关节。结果：随诊６个月～５年，平均３５个月。９髋８０分，４髋７０分，２髋５７分。
Objective:To study the curative effect of free periosteum transplantation on ankylosing spondylitis,rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosis.Methods:Free periosteum,silicone rubber membrane into joint space and early passive motion were used to treat 12 patients (16 hips).Results:The average follow up length was 3 years(6 months to 5 years).Nine hips arrived at 80 points,4 hips at 70 points and 2 hips at 57 points.Conclusion:Treatment of adolescent hip ankylosis by free periosterum transplantation is effective.
