摘要 食管穿孔是临床少见但极严重的疾病。过去认为外科手术是治疗食管穿孔的“标准方法”，包括早期的修补和引流，到后期的食管切除术，但仍有近40％患者需多次处理，这无疑增加了住院时间和死亡率。与传统的外科手术相比，
