摘要
目的分析肾上腺结核 CT 表现,对其影像表现进行探讨。方法本院4例、文献报道15例共19例,其中男12例,女7例,年龄19～75岁。均行 CT 扫描。所有病例均经临床诊断,其中1例 CT 引导下穿刺病理证实。结果 5例处于急性期肾上腺结核 CT 表现为密度不均的、扁圆形的腺体肿胀,增强扫描示多个无强化坏死低密度区被尚正常明显强化的线样肾上腺组织所分隔,边缘清楚,但略不规则。另外14例慢性肾上腺结核表现为腺体萎缩及钙化。结论当全身多脏器结核,同时发现肾上腺上述影像变化,则要考虑肾上腺结核的诊断。
Objective To evaluate CT findings of adrenal tubercuisis and study its imaging manitestation.Methods 19 cases,4 from our hospital and 15 from document,were all scaned by CF.All patients were diagnosed clinically,one of them was confirmed by pathology through CT-guided biopsy.Results Adrenal tuberculosis of 5 cases in acute period ap- peared on CT scans as streaky like-oblate swollen of adrenal gland,contrast-enhanced scans found that non-enhanced necro- sis areas were separated by marked enhanced thin-wall adrenal tissue which were not still distroyed and border of adrenal was sharp,but slightly non-regular.Developing of chronic adrenal tuberculosis in 14 cases led to atrophy and calcification of adrenal gland.Conclusions When CT finds these manifestations of adrenal above,moreover,the tuberculosis is present in other organizations,diagnose of adrenal tuberculosis can be suggested.
