摘要
北京石油化工学院和中国石油化工集团公司北京燕山石油化工有限公司,充分利用校企双方优势资源,以北京燕山石化公司仿真培训中心、教育培训中心和北京石油化工学院工程教育中心为基础,共同建立北京市校外人才培养基地,校企联合开发与创立物理仿真生产实习环境,创新了校企合作教育基地的建设模式与一体化合作运行管理机制,形成了自己的特色和亮点。该文介绍了北京石油化工学院建设校外人才培养基地的历程和成果。
Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology and Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Corporation make use of college-enterprise advantages,establish the extramural base of training talents base of simulation training center of SINOPEC Yanshan Petrochemical Company,the center of education and training and the center of engineering and education,found and development jointly physical simulation production practice environment,initiative construction mode of the extramural base of training talents and all-in-one management system,and form their own characteristics and developing emphases.This paper introduces the development process and relevant results of constructing extramural base of training talents.
