摘要
目的观察C57B6小鼠(近交系)和昆明小鼠(封闭群)超排卵后卵母细胞数量的差别。方法分别对4周龄和7周龄C57B6小鼠与昆明小鼠注射孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)和人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG),进行超排卵处理,观察小鼠超排卵母细胞数量。结果超排卵母细胞数量为:4周龄昆明小鼠(16.2±2.5)个/只,7周龄(25.2±3.1)个/只;4周龄C57B6小鼠(9.8±1.2)个/只,7周龄C57B6小鼠(18.1±2.2)个/只。超排卵母细胞数量在同种小鼠不同周龄间和同周龄不同小鼠间比较,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论昆明小鼠超排卵母细胞数量高于C57B6小鼠。
Objective To compare the difference of superovulated oocytes between C57B6 mice and KM mice. Methods C57B6 mice and KM mice of 4 weeks old and 7 weeks old were injected with pregnant mare serum gonadotropin(PMSG) and human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG)for superovulation, and then the numbers of superovulated oocytes were calculated. Results The numbers of su- perovulated oocytes were 16.2 ± 2.5,25.2 ±3.1 in 4 and 7 weeks old KM mice, respectively ( P 〈 0.05 ), and 9.8 ± 1.2,18.1± 2.2 in 4 and 7 weeks old C57B6 mice,respectively. There was significant difference in the numbers of superovulated oocytes between different mice at the same age (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The superovulated oocyte numbers of KM mice are higher than that of C57B6 mice.
