摘要
从金属管道的腐蚀机理出发,分析了常见的金属腐蚀类型。对高速流体作用下的输气管道腐蚀规律进行了深入的分析,归纳总结流场诱导腐蚀的各种形式,并借助CFD软件,重点对管道接头区域的流场变化导致的腐蚀规律进行计算模拟。模拟结果表明,接头处流场发生突变,存在较明显的涡流现象,加速了输气管道接头部位的破坏;同时接头附近出现较大的压力波动,产生强烈的冲击,导致天然气输气管道表面出现微蚀坑或微裂纹。
Based on the corrosion mechanism of metal pipeline,the usual corrosion types were introduced and the corrosion laws of gas pipeline were analyzed under the action of high-speed flow.Meanwhile,the corrosion types caused by fluid flow were summarized,the corrosion laws of pipeline joint area were simulated by using CFD software.The simulation results showed that when the flow fields change suddenly in joint area,the erratic flow phenomenon accelerate the damage of gas pipeline joint area,at the same time,the large pressure fluctuation is appeared near joint which result in corrosion pit and microcrack in the surface of gas pipeline.
