摘要
结合南水北调中线北易水工程基坑高喷防渗墙施工实例,从施工参数及造孔、喷射灌浆、漏浆处理、孤石处理、事故停喷、养护等诸方面,分析各种因素对高喷防渗墙质量的影响,提出相应防治措施,并对高喷防渗墙质量进行了检测。检测表明,防治措施成效显著,高喷灌浆防渗墙在大粒径砂砾石围堰中取得了良好效果。
Combining with practical construction of high pressure jet grouting diaphragm wall in foundation pit of Beiyish inverted siphon project,we make an analysis on the factors influencing the quality of diaphragm wall from aspects of construction parameters,hole drilling,jet grouting,grout leakage treatment,boulder treatment,spraying-stop in case of accident curing,and put forward corresponding preventive measures and conduct an inspection of the quality of high pressure jet grouting diaphragm wall.The inspection results show that the preventive measures are effective and good results are achieved with high pressure jet grouting diaphragm wall used in large-sized sandy gravel cofferdam.
