This article explores the ways of Counselors team construction and its guarantee mechanism. The writer believes the only road is to build a professionalized and specialized team with strong political awareness, excellent counseling skills, strict discipline and honest style of work, which is also the guarantee for the achievement of talent cultivating objectives and steady development of colleges and universities.
