摘要
介绍了利用脉冲式加热红外热成像无损检测技术定量检测金属内部近表缺陷大小及深度的方法,并给出了实验结果及分析.
The method to quantitatively detect the sizes and depths of subsurface defects in metal material was introduced by using pulsed heating infrared thermography non destructive testing technology. Some experimental results were given and analyzed.
